Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s business and services.
- Promote Welocalize’s competitive value and expertise in the legal translation industry.
- Manage key transactional customer accounts in close collaboration with the existing business development team.
- Research and identify new business opportunities, providing support to Business Development Directors (BDDs).
- Deliver presentations to senior managers and decision-makers.
- Draft and present proposals, with assistance from the broader Sales Team.
- Create and maintain key account plans and reports, identifying opportunities for delivering value, understanding strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes, and forecasted sales.
Skills Requirements:
- Ideally, experience in a sales or sales support environment.
- Good knowledge of the sales cycle.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Foreign language proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to establish and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Proactive and initiative-taking.
- High energy and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Adaptability to a changing work environment.
- Confidence in nature.
