Job timings:- 8-9 hours.
Experience:-6 Months to 2 years of Experience in related field

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • The candidate will handle Chat Sales for UK consumer or Enterprise customers.
  • Relevant experience in Upselling & cross-selling products and services is required.
  • Perform chat tasks to mitigate areas of customer dissatisfaction, process failure, and Advisor failure by conducting a full investigation.
  • Respond and troubleshoot all customer interactions via any channel, identifying appropriate service solutions, including upsell opportunities in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Make a positive impression with the customer through every interaction.
  • Take ownership and follow up on issues to achieve first call resolution at all times and SLA targets.
  • Identify and communicate areas for improved efficiencies in customer service.
  • Experience in customer retention, chat sales, cross-selling, and upselling is preferred.
  • Candidates’ Date of Joining (DOJ) will be on 11th December ’23 for chat sales and 18th December for the voice sales process.
