Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Generate 8 to 10 Qualified Appointments monthly.
• Assist the Sales team in the closure process through relevant client communication.
• Understand the Ideal Customers of the companies and draft responses to prospects on their challenges.
• Identify and approach Key Decision-makers with the prospects.
• Send 40 to 55 highly personalized emails to Decision Makers and Influencers.
• Make 100+ warm/cold calls to qualify prospects.
• Create an Email Template Library.
• Utilize the company’s CRM tool for all activities.
• Report to Pod Manager.
• Fill Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports.
• Participate in meetings suggested by Pod Manager.

Skills and Requirements:

• Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
• Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision-makers.
• Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
• Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent listening skills.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
• Ability to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures comfortably.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• High level of integrity and work ethic.
• Experience with customer relationship management software.
