Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead all employee engagement and culture programming, including Wednesday Workshops, All Hands, remote bonding events, and other organized activities and departmental events as required.
• Enhance UpKeep’s remote workplace experience by driving connection initiatives.
• Ensure the culture budget is managed effectively, tracking both budgets accurately, and processing all expenses on time and within policy.
• Manage all budget inquiries, ensuring fiscally responsible use of budgets across the organization.
• Own the Company Intranet, including maintaining up-to-date materials with a focus on employee experience and self-service awareness, engaging each department to manage accuracy.
• Manage the shipment of reward redemptions from our company recognition platform, including company swag orders.
• Maintain Intranet and other online resources carefully.

Skills and Requirements:

• Highly adept in Google Suite, Slack, Zoom, and other communication technologies.
• Enjoy connecting with people and bringing teams together.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to influence, and exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
