Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Project Tracking and Follow-ups:
- Track projects and follow up on action items within the Core Connectivity function.
- Process Documentation:
- Create comprehensive process documentation for various functions.
- Business Performance Reports/Dashboards:
- Maintain, update, and automate existing business performance reports and dashboards for continuous monitoring of business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Data Processing and Analysis:
- Experience in processing large volumes of data.
- Create reports on a weekly basis using advanced Excel features and Power BI tools.
- Report Generation:
- Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed on a regular basis.
- Management Presentations:
- Create management presentations as per specific requirements.
- Administrative Support:
- Manage administrative requirements and provide support for the entire Core Connectivity team.
- Coordinate activities for a global team.
Skills and Requirements:
- Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience:
- Experience in creating and maintaining business dashboards, reports, project management, data repository, and action trackers.
- Software Knowledge:
- Good working knowledge of Power Point, MS Project, Excel, Visio, and PowerBI.
- Knowledge of software like Tableau, PowerBI, etc.
- Microsoft Office:
- Good to have knowledge of MS Power Point, MS Excel, MS Visio, or MS Project.
