Job Profile & Responsibilities:

  • This is a premium voice process for the enterprise business of our telecom partner (Customer Service).
  • Graduates with a minimum of 6 months of relevant experience (Calling/Customer Service Exp) are mandatory.
  • Flexible to work in any shift rotation.
  • Working days: 6 days a week.

Candidate should:

  • Be okay with rotational offs.
  • Be okay with traveling on their own.
  • Be okay even if Sunday is not a fixed off/week off.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Attention to detail, strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with an ability to think proactively and prioritize work accordingly.

Mandatory:

  • Operating System: Windows 10 and above.
  • RAM: Minimum 8 GB.
  • Internet: Wired Broadband (Download speed minimum 20 Mbps, Upload speed minimum 20 Mbps).
  • Processor: i5 and above.
  • Webcam: Required.
  • USB Headset.
