• Connecting with business (internal teams) to understand their requirements.
• Sourcing matching profiles through various Job Portals/networking websites (www.linkedIn.com), Google search, references, cold calling, Job Advertisement.
• Screening prospective candidates from the technical/HR perspective.
• Salary/Benefits Negotiation.
• Lining up for interviews, pre-interview prep-up, and post-interview follow-up.
