A chat support agent’s primary responsibility is to connect with customers through instant messaging on a business’s website or mobile app. They provide various services, such as technical support, resolving customer service inquiries, and offering real-time problem-solving.
Skills and Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Both undergraduates and graduates can apply.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months of on-paper BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) experience.
- The job involves a 6-day workweek with 1 rotational week off.
- The shifts include 24×7 coverage, which may include split shifts and night shifts.
- Salary can go up to 2.4 LPA (Lakh Per Annum), and it depends on the candidate’s documents and last drawn salary.
