Job Description:

Financial:

• Distributor Management: Oversee distributors to ensure the achievement of primary sales plans in line with defined category-wise sales goals.
• Collections: Ensure the timely clearance of outstanding payments from distributors.

Customer Orientation:

• Product Launches: Strategically position new product lines, brands, or SKUs in the assigned sales zone/markets through direct interaction with distributors.
• Product Feedback: Collect and analyze feedback on Relaxos product portfolio, considering competitor products, and provide relevant recommendations.
• Secondary Feedback: Gather feedback on schemes and distribution.
• Distributor Appointment: Scout and appoint new distributors based on defined norms.
• Distributor Onboarding: Ensure new distributors receive all necessary post-appointment support.
• Distributor Account Management: Act as the point of contact for distributors, monitoring product movement by obtaining weekly updates on stock and credit limits.
• Complaints Management: Resolve complaints from channel partners, including issues related to returns.

Internal Business Process:

• Improve Stock Availability: Ensure optimal stock availability.
• Key Account Management: Demonstrate strong knowledge of North and key account management, covering aspects like fill rate, brand promotion, prime space visibility, order planning, and increased off-take.
• Adherence to Key Sales Processes: Ensure adherence to key sales processes, including the timely submission of complete demand forecasts.
