Job Roles & Responsibility:
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and optimize targeted campaigns using Emarsys to engage and retain customers for the long term.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Segmentation and Personalization:
- Utilize Emarsys features to create customer segments based on behavior, preferences, and demographics.
Data Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze CRM data to identify trends, customer behavior, and opportunities for further improvement.
- Generate regular reports on CRM and Emarsys performance.
Automation:
- Implement automation workflows using Emarsys to streamline repetitive tasks and enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead the email marketing efforts, including planning, designing, executing, and analyzing email campaigns to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
A/B Testing:
- Implement A/B testing and conduct post-campaign analysis to refine CRM strategies, continually improving performance.
CRM Tools/Vendor Collaboration:
- Work closely with CRM vendors. Should have strong knowledge of using e-CRM platforms such as Moengage, Clevertap, preferably Emarsys.
Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in CRM, email marketing, or related roles.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and executing CRM strategies that resulted in increased customer engagement and transactions.
- Experience with email marketing platforms, CRM tools, and analytics.
- Exceptional communication and project management skills.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Familiarity with the travel and hospitality industry is a plus.
