• Order Processing:

• Communication:
- Maintain clear and effective communication with customers, keeping them informed about the status of their inquiries and issues.
• Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of customers in the database.
• Adaptability:
- Adapt to changing customer needs, inquiries, and business priorities.
Requirements:
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.
• Quick learning and retention of product and service information to assist customers effectively.
• Display empathy and understanding towards customer concerns.
• Time Management:
