Job Profiles & Responsibilities:

• Dispose of cases with appropriate reason codes based on conversations with sellers.
• Set follow-up calls as desired by sellers.
• Maintain quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.
• Must have a computer with internet and an Android phone.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly business targets.
• Work for a minimum of 3-4 hours a day.
• Voice-based calling process and data entry.

For Part-Time Customer Service Associate:

• Assist IndiaMart’s buyers over the call.
• Verify information from the buyer and update it on the portal.
• Work part-time or full-time.

For HR Talent Acquisition:

• Design the company’s hiring strategy.
• Work with business heads to determine hiring needs.
• Advertise job postings on multiple recruiting sources.
• Source candidates via various methods.
• Conduct screening calls.
• Shortlist candidates based on high-performance criteria.
• Schedule interviews for hiring teams.
• Build relationships with candidates for the future.
• Track metrics to support successes and identify opportunities for improvement.

For Executive:

• Build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients.
• Ensure clients are using and benefiting from IndiaMart.
• Maximize revenue by up-selling other activities.
• Achieve fortnightly, monthly client retention, and revenue targets.
• Prompt resolution of complaints.
• Conduct 4-5 in-person meetings with clients onsite daily.
