Job timings:-	8-9 hours.
Experience:-	freshers and Experienced both can apply.
Location:	Remote, India.
Salary:	3.8/- L.P.A. (Expected).
Qualifications:	12th Pass / High School Pass Can Apply / Any Graduate

Perform audits and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and guidelines.
Provide best-in-class customer service to become the banking partner of choice.

Daily customer engagement on assigned customer portfolio for CA/SA/TD build-up, Asset & Wealth cross-sell.
Deliver business targets assigned as per performance scorecard.
Giving client need-based product solutions and aligning client requirements with business specifics.
Assessing customer propensity and ensuring higher product penetration per relationship.
Referencing for more business from existing customers.
Responsible for creating a customer-focused approach for quick resolution of all queries and complaints.
Ensure adherence to banking regulations & policies pertaining to Anti Money Laundering, Know Your Customer (KYC), Data & Information security, etc.
Assist in the closure of all observations on the audit report.
Client relationship management and customer services related to retail banking operations.
