Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter meter reading and billing information into the system.
• Enter main utility information and other billing and usage details into various reports.
• Communicate with customers and Invoice Specialists regarding abnormalities in readings/utility rates.
• Create Excel and PDF files of reports and invoices, upload files of tenant charges, and email invoices.
• Track the stage of assignments in Microsoft Planner.
• Screen and respond to customer calls related to Submeter Billing inquiries.
• Provide training to entry-level team members as required.
• Communicate availability to perform additional tasks to other staff members.
• Participate in company/team meetings.
• Assist with efforts to streamline processes.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Skills and Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or 1-3 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer skills required, including knowledge and prior use of Microsoft applications such as Teams, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Data entry skills on a 10-key pad and keyboard typing.
