Job Roles & Responsibilities for Online Teaching:

• Help students strengthen their understanding of Maths/Science subjects.
• Conduct online classes and clarify doubts, creating a positive learning environment for students in grades 4 to 10 on our learning platform.
• Provide error-free, step-by-step solutions to students’ questions.
• Assess their performance and provide feedback on areas that require improvement.
• Meet the requirement of 18 sessions/week and mandatory additional responsibilities, including up to 10 hours/week of non-session activities.
• Non-session activities would be between 3 PM and 4:30 PM, while sessions would be from 4:30 PM to 9 PM. Three session hours per day would be predefined post-training.

Skills and Requirements:

• Have a passion for teaching and making an impact in the field of education through our platform.
• Strong subject knowledge in Maths/Science for grades 4 to 10.
• Impeccable communication skills (English) – verbal and written, camera-facing skills, and meeting with parents.
• Ability to map theoretical knowledge to practical applications.
• Freshers as well as candidates with previous teaching experience are welcome.
• Demonstrated ability to multi-task and think creatively.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
