Job Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling queries of customers through inbound calls.
  • Ensure quick and efficient resolution of customer queries/grievances.
  • Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and provide solutions.
  • Execute trades on behalf of customers.

  • Good quantitative/analytical skills.
