Roles and Responsibilities:

  • As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll serve as an advocate for Aircall’s customers, bridging the gap between them and the Aircall platform.
  • You will assist customers in navigating the product, resolving issues, and providing solutions.
  • Even if an immediate solution isn’t available, your role is to ensure that customers are aware that you are committed to ensuring a positive Aircall experience for them.
  • You will collaborate closely with the global support team and other internal departments to deliver a world-class customer support experience.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Ideally, you have 1+ year of experience in a SaaS B2B customer support role, or you possess transferable experience and skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency in a specific language is required.
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools and systems.
  • Understanding of CRM systems.
  • Strong grasp of basic computer skills.
  • Technical aptitude, including the ability to comprehend and explain technical concepts to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Self-driven and comfortable working independently.
  • A curious nature that drives you to understand and troubleshoot complex customer inquiries.
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A creative and passionate approach to helping others.
  • An unwavering sense of empathy.
  • The capacity to multitask across various platforms and forms of communication.
  • Willingness to collaborate with multiple teams in an international and multilingual remote/hybrid environment.
  • A desire to contribute to a rapidly growing company.
