Job Profile & Responsibilities for Customer Support Specialists:

• Advocate for customers and serve as a liaison between them and Aircall.
• Help customers navigate the product, troubleshoot issues, and provide answers.
• Ensure a positive customer experience, even if the problem is not solved immediately.
• Work closely with the global support team and internal teams for excellent customer support.
• Collaborate with clients to identify, investigate, escalate, and advise on their questions and concerns.
• Impact the efficiency of customers in running their teams through daily interactions.
