Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Client Support Manager in developing efficient systems to support the work of the Client Support Team.
- Revenue generation through cross-selling products and interest collection.
- Maintaining good relationships with clients to maximize the value of those relationships.
- Customer relationship and follow-up.
- Maintenance of important registers and daily reports.
- Cash management and accounting.
- CASA management (Current Account/Savings account).
- Sourcing new customers to increase Gold loan Business, Gold Appraisal.
Skills and Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of broking and operations.
- Experience with good knowledge of the broking industry is welcome.
- Risk profiling of clients along with technical and fundamental understanding.
- Knowledge of trading applications, MS Office, etc., is preferred but not a must.
- High on energy, sharp, and confident.
