Required Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Shifts: The job involves working in a 24/7 environment, including night shifts, and the shifts are decided based on the business requirement.
• Weekly Off: Rotational two-consecutive day off (it is a 5-day working week with 2 consecutive days off.
• During the first four months (Training & Transition), no unplanned leaves are allowed.
• Ability to use a desktop/laptop and familiarity with Internet Browsers, Windows OS, Microsoft Outlook, and MS Office.

• Collaborate with fellow writers and internal business partners to develop strategy and content.
• Participate in content management efforts, process development, and quality governance in support of team success.

Job Profile & Responsibilities for Agency Program Associate:

• Handles the day-to-day volumes of the assigned tasks and ensures the given SLAs are met per quality standards.
• Maintain records of day-to-day work by updating trackers to reflect work done.
• If there is a possible default on SLAs or quality, flag the escalation in time to the manager or lead.
• Interacting and coordinating with sellers/account.

Job Profile & Responsibilities for Vendor Associate:

• Demonstrates effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication in the English language.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls along with Email support in the English language.
• Candidates should have a fixed-line internet and power back to support for the duration of his/her shift time.
• Provides prompt and effective service to Amazon selling partners, including the appropriate escalation of selling partner issues.
• Contributes to a positive team environment and proactively aids team members with difficult contacts as needed.
• Maintains acceptable performance such as quality, productivity, first contact resolution, and attendance.
