Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Execute end-to-end onboarding of a client onto ParallelDots platform.
- Execute all change management requests from the clients.
- Deliver all client requirements during the course of the project.
- Assist Customer Success Managers (CSMs) in delivering ROI to the client.
- Assist CSMs in making project operations more efficient.
- Deliver quality in the data processed.
- Ensure the reliability and integrity of the data reported to the client.
Skills and Requirements:
- Expertise in using intermediate Excel, exposure to advanced Excel will be preferred.
- Prior workplace experience in startups or a challenging profile is preferred.
- Diligence and sincerity – meeting client deliverables on time without fail is crucial.
- Effective communication – ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to get work done.
- Adaptable nature, willingness, and ability to deliver as per the shifting requirements of clients.
