Flight Support – Required Skills:
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of world map and geography is required.
- Enthusiastic with zeal to perform.
- Flexible to work in 24*7 rotational shifts.
Flight Support – Job Profile & Responsibilities:
- Provide best-in-class customer service and problem resolution to customer queries over the voice-based phone service.
- Support customers across telecommunication/email and chat.
- Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution.
- Clarify customer requirements.
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns.
- Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed.
- Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file.
Ticketing Executives – Job Profile & Responsibilities:
- PNR creation, issuance, re-issuance, changes/cancellation, rescheduling.
- Coordinating with airline and customers over the phone and emails.
- Responsible for revenue generation for the company.
