Job Roles & Responsibility:

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues related to Springworks products.
• Stay educated about product features, operations process, and keep relevant stakeholders updated on feedback.
• Understand products and services in detail to provide accurate information to customers.
• Have hands-on experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant applications like Trello, Zoho Desk, SalesIQ, YAMM, Google Sheets, etc.
• Continuously improve the support process by providing feedback and suggestions based on customer interactions.

Skills and Requirements:

• High agency: Ability to take initiative, make decisions, and proactively address various challenges.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with various software applications.
• Enthusiastic team player with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree.

Your work plan for the first few weeks:

• 1st & 2nd week:
  • Training on communication methods, software usage, and functionalities.
  • Detailed training on products and handling 10 insufficiency tickets per day.
• 3rd & 4th week:
  • Understanding more about insufficiency, trackers, and handling/closing 30 insufficiency tickets per day.
  • Familiarization with the support function and work, closing 50 tickets per day.
• 5th week:
  • Handling insufficiency emails independently and clearing the emails from the team’s list.
