Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform secondary sales revenue generation through specifiers (i.e., Architects & Interior Designers) and end users to support the assigned Philips Smart Light Hub.
- Cold calling to identify new projects/construction in the assigned territory to generate leads.
- Relationship management with specifiers, such as Architects & Interior Designers.
- Manage end-to-end sales conversion through frequent follow-ups and provide lighting solutions to customers.
- Utilize the Field Assist Mobile App to capture new leads, new accounts, and secondary sales daily.
- Manage sales growth of the assigned Smart Light Hub in the territory.
- Any undergraduate, MBA will have added advantage. Fresher or minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience.
- Payroll: The employee will work for the brand Philips and will be under the payroll of a third-party consultancy Randstad India Pvt. Ltd authorized Signify Innovation India Ltd.
- Rich prior workplace experience, such as working in startups or a challenging profile, will be preferred.
- Diligence and sincerity – meeting client deliverables on time without fail will be an important qualifier.
- Effective communication – ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to get work done.
- Adaptable nature, willingness, and ability to deliver as per the shifting requirements of clients.
