Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls on a daily basis in the office.
• Perform basic calculations as required.
• Establish and continually improve customer satisfaction.
• Understand customer expectations and needs, and address them responsibly and effectively.
• Contact customers to provide accurate feedback and solutions on the progress of their inquiries.
• Perform other duties as needed in the company, especially during work overload.

Skills & Requirements:

• Good communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Proficiency in English communication to effectively interact with customers.
• Comfortable with rotational shifts (day/night).
• Record-keeping of customer interactions.
• Proven customer support or sales experience.
• Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Willingness to go the extra mile to engage customers.
• Freshers are preferable for the job.
