Rashtriya Chemical Fertilizers (RCF) is a significant fertilizer and chemical manufacturing company operating in the public sector in India. It was established on March 6, 1978, following the reorganization of the former Fertilizer Corporation of India Ltd. into five new companies. RCF is one of these five entities. The authorized share capital of RCF is Rs. 800 Crore, with a paid-up capital of Rs. 551.69 Crore. It earned the coveted “Miniratna” status in 1997. RCF operates two units, one in Trombay, Mumbai, and the other in Thal, Raigad district, approximately 100 kilometers from Mumbai. The company offers a wide range of products, including Neem Urea, Complex Fertilizers, Bio-Fertilizers, Micro Nutrients, and 100% water-soluble fertilizers. Additionally, RCF has played a pioneering role in the production of basic chemicals such as Ammonia, Methanol, Methylamine, Ammonium Nitrate, Ammonium Bicarbonate, Dilute and Concentrated Nitric Acid, Sulphuric Acid, Sodium Nitrate, Sodium Nitrite, Dimethyl Formamide, Dimethyl Actamide, Formic Acid, Argon, and more.
