Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients.
• Identify customer needs, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
• Upsell other products wherever possible.
• Maintain good relations with clients.
• Keep records of customer conversations and analyze the data.
• Write and submit timely reports on customer queries.

Skills and Requirements:

• Undergraduate/ Graduate in any field.
• Prior experience in customer service and call centers is a plus.
• Good knowledge of CRM practices and systems.
• Customer-oriented attitude with professionalism.
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
